Went to dulce in JC on Saturday. Overall it was a very good experience. Counter person was nice and helpful. Only negative that I need to point out is every time, I go to dulce and place my order, the person asks what I want, then doesn't really pay attention and asks me again the order 2 or 3 times. This happens at all the stores. The West New York and Englewood. I really enjoy their products and they do a very good job overall. I just wish I didn't have to repeat the order more than 2 or 3 times. Stores are always neat & clean. Their systems work well. Ladies are very nice in all the stores. Coffee is ok (I order the oldie just American). On one of my visits, I ordered a double cortadito and it was not great. I don't think they knew how to make it.

Tres Leches cake! If you have a sweet tooth. This bad boy is perfect!!! It was fresh, delicious that just melts in your mouth. I recommend to try once. I will be going again for another one!!!
